Pulling-in the increasingly sought-after production work of Bill Ryder-Jones, Sarah Howells - aka Bryde - has revealed her most potent track to date. 'Honey' is a restless, crunching alt. rock number taken from the Welshwoman's second EP to be released in November via Tipping Point Records. Drawing on the likes of PJ Harvey and Angel Olsen, her gently distorted, impassioned vocal soars above the melancholic, grunge-tinged accompaniment, all set to translate to the live arena as she heads out on tour in October. -G.O'B
